The automatic system will exclude the so-called "human factor," according to Omelyan, who says that drivers will not be able to "settle" their violations with inspectors, TV Channel 5 reports. Starting spring, 10 automatic weighing systems will be installed along all key routes leading to Kyiv," the minister said. Overload sensors will be installed in roadways. As UNIAN reported, the World Bank announced a tender for the purchase of 10 weight-in-motion complexes for the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Security worth $4.9 million.
