Ukraine's finance ministry calls "unprecedented" amount of state debt repayment in 2019

In mid-November 2015, Ukraine&#39;s Finance Ministry reported on the completion of the restructuring of the state and government-guaranteed debt with regard to 13 bond issues. Ukraine and the Creditors&#39; Committee earlier reached an agreement on the restructuring of $18 billion in state debt, which involves a full write-off of $3 billion, deferred payments of $8.5 billion for four years, and fixing the coupon rate at 7.75% per annum.
