The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday evening set the official hryvnia exchange rate for October 16 at UAH 27.92 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for October 16:
US$100 cost UAH 2,792.8166 (UAH 2,798.4519 as of October 12);
EUR 100 cost UAH 3,232.4059 (UAH 3,239.2081 as of October 12);
On Friday, October 12, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.94/27.97 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 32.25/32.28, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.41/0.42.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the reference value of the hryvnia exchange rate as of 12:00 was UAH 27.9241 to the dollar.
