The flow of workforce from Ukraine to Poland has decreased. According to official data, the number of Ukrainian workers in Poland was down by 7% over the past three years, while the number could become higher because of the allowed visa-free travel across the EU.
The UN data predict a reduction in Ukraine's population from 44.2 million to 36.4 million in 2050, according to RzeczPospolita.

In addition, the influx of Ukrainian labor force to Poland could be stopped by the opening of the German labor market for non-EU workers.
The publication predicts that up to 59% of Ukrainians working in Poland could opt for Germany.
As UNIAN reported earlier, every third ethnic Ukrainian candidate running at Poland's local elections received a mandate.
