As reported, one-room apartments on the primary market rose in price most, that is by 6.1%. The price of two-room apartments in the Ukrainian capital increased by 5.1% and three-room apartments by 4.8%. The report does not include information from temporarily occupied areas in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, it said. As UNIAN reported earlier, apartments on Kyiv&#39;s secondary market in 2017 rose in price by 4.5% from 2016, while those on the primary market grew by 4.7%.
