NBU strengthens official forex rate to UAH 26.64 to dollar for April 9

The National Bank of Ukraine on Monday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 12 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.64 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for April 9:

US$100 costs UAH 2,664.4138 (UAH 2,676.8706 as of April 8);

EUR 100 costs UAH 2,996.3998 (UAH 3,006.9287 as of April 8);

On Monday, April 8, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.65/26.68 to the dollar.

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.04/30.07.
