Hryvnia strengthens to UAH 26.50 to dollar on interbank market

According to the source, trading on the market is active with a strong tendency for an increase in the strength of the hryvnia exchange rate.

Hryvnia quotes against the euro have settled at UAH 27.38/29.61, while against the Russian ruble they have settled at UAH 0.3940/0.4260.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 1200 was UAH 25.0144 to the dollar, with eight deals concluded by this time worth a total of $3.50 million.
