REUTERS National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine in January-March 2019 (Q1) paid to the national budget about UAH 29.5 billion (US$1.1 billion) in taxes and dividends. "Naftogaz Group paid UAH 29.5 billion of taxes and duties to the state and local budgets in January-March 2019," the company said in a statement on April 11. Revenue from Naftogaz Group exceeded 14% of total national budget revenue in Q1 2019, it said. For comparison, the national budget for 2019 earmarked UAH 19 billion ($709.7 million) for the National Health Service for primary health care and UAH 55 billion ($2.1 billion) for household subsidies.
