The inflow to the financial account totaled $682 million. In April 2019 alone, the balance of payments showed a deficit of $45 million, it said. As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine saw a surplus of the balance of payments in 2018 for the fourth year in a row, totaling $2.877 billion, which was 12% up from the surplus recorded in 2017.
