Ukraine is willing to enhance cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said at a meeting with the delegation of the Bank Wednesday, the presidential press service reported.
According to the president, the EBRD remains the largest institutional investor in Ukraine, and assured of willingness to develop cooperation.
"Thank you for being here and thank you for being the largest investor in Ukraine. I want to assure you that we will increase our cooperation," the president said.

He added that the EBRD’s strategy fully complies with the priorities of Ukraine, and expressed the conviction that the country and the bank can work together effectively.
UNIAN memo. The EBRD has been operating in Ukraine since 1993, being the largest international financial investor.
According to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the EBRD over the period of cooperation has financed 410 projects in Ukraine totaling EUR 13 billion, of which seven projects worth EUR 1.577 billion are in the public sector.
