REUTERS The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in June 2019 bought US$322.3 million on the interbank forex market to replenish the country&#39;s international reserves. In particular, in the first week, the NBU bought $102.7 million, whereas it purchased $135.1 million in the second week, $40.5 million in the third, and $44 million in the fourth, according to the regulator&#39;s website. The National Bank did not sell the currency over the period under review. As UNIAN reported earlier, the central bank in May 2019 bought $160.6 million on the interbank forex market to replenish the country&#39;s international reserves. The regulator bought $203.6 million, while sold $43 million during that month.
