REUTERS The hryvnia, Ukraine&#39;s national currency, has strengthened by 9.1% against the U.S. dollar since the beginning of 2019, which was the best result among the world&#39;s currencies. Noteworthy, the Argentine peso lost its value against the dollar most, that is by 15%, while the Swedish krona weakened by 8.3% and the South Korean won by 6.9%, the study said. As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine&#39;s national currency in July 2019 strengthened by 4.4% against the U.S. dollar. The hryvnia had also strengthened by 9.6% since the beginning of the year as of August 1, 2019, according to the official forex rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
