In addition, Ukrainian farmers threshed 318,000 tonnes of rye from 115,000 ha, or 98% of the plan; and 384,000 tonnes of oats from 155,000 ha (85%). Agrarians also threshed 3.1 million tonnes of winter rapeseed from 1.25 million ha (99% of the target). As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian farmers on May 2 completed a campaign to sow early spring crops on 2.1 million ha. In 2018, Ukraine harvested a record high yield of grains, having threshed 70.1 million tonnes.
