"We will not agree to any restructuring. We expect from Ukraine the implementation of its obligations," he said.

"We will submit to arbitration in accordance with English law, as provided for in the event of the Ukrainian default or non-compliance with its obligations to the Russian Federation," Siluanov said.

"We will decide on this in December this year," he added.
