REUTERS Trilateral talks between Ukraine, European Union, and Russia regarding the future of Russian gas transit via Ukraine after 2019 were held Sept 19, 2019. EU Commission Vice President Maros Sefcovic said the negotiations saw a positive and constructive atmosphere. Speaking at a press conference following talks, he thanked both the Ukrainian and Russian delegations for this atmosphere.
