The inflow to the financial account in January-August 2019 totaled $3.892 billion. In August 2019 alone, the surplus of the balance of payments amounted to $130 million, it said. As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine saw a surplus of the balance of payments in 2018 for the fourth year in a row, totaling $2.877 billion, which was 12% up from the surplus recorded in 2017.
