REUTERS The net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in September 2019 grew by 0.1%, to US$12.048 billion. Ukraine&#39;s total international reserves stood at US$21.438 billion as of October 1, 2019, which was 3% up against the figure recorded as of January 1, 2019. Net international reserves represent a difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on International Monetary Fund loans.
