The Ukrainian president emphasized that the upgrading of the facility would help prevent environmental pollution and increase safety. Zelensky also noted one of the striking results of Ukraine&#39;s joint work with JICA, that is the successful completion of the upgrading Boryspil International Airport due to a soft loan. He thanked the Japanese agency for supporting Ukraine within the Official Development Assistance (ODA) program. "Cooperation with JICA is extremely important to our country, especially in terms of the implementation of ongoing large-scale reforms. The government has recently approved an action plan for the next five years. We believe that this program will be implemented in practice, rather than in theory," Zelensky summed up.
