The NBU also revised its balance of payments forecast, expecting a surplus at US$2.6 billion instead of US$0.6 billion in 2019, that at US$0.6 billion instead of US$0.2 billion in 2020, and a deficit at US$1 billion instead of US$0.4 billion in 2021.
