As noted in the press office, 37 companies that are included in the list are prohibited from privatization, other companies are subject to privatization provided the relevant decisions of the government are issued.
It is also reported that based on the results of the audit carried out by the working group jointly with specialists of Innovation and Development Foundation (Republic of Georgia) with regard to those state-owned companies recommended for privatization, the impossibility of economic recovery of those entities has been confirmed.

The ministry intends to raise up to UAH 1 billion in investment in the agricultural sector in 2015 through the privatization of 180 enterprises that are under its control.
