REUTERS The information on the vacancy of an Uber representative in Kyiv appeared on the company website and LinkedIn profile, according to Ukrainska Pravda. The new local manager is expected to monitor the quality of service, represent the company at various events and PR campaigns, deal with potential legal and legislative issues, help expand the business to other cities, and especially, to boost revenue and passenger traffic. The company has recently launched a service called UberPOP, which allows several passengers ordering the same vehicle that makes the price for the trip even lower.
