"We will attract the auditors and monitor communications of the bidders, primarily from Russia," Bilous said, adding that Russian companies "shall not be allowed to privatize [Ukrainian companies]."
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF), with the assistance of advisors for privatization, intends to involve the auditors of the Big Four in the assessment of privatization, planning to closely monitor the final beneficiaries of the companies that will participate in privatization tenders, said Bilous.
