Demchyshyn: No Russian gas used in two weeks

"Over the past two weeks, we have not received gas [from Russia] for our own consumption or use," Demchyshyn said.

The minister also noted that Russia had been transporting an increased volume of gas through the Ukrainian gas transport system, but Ukraine has not been reserving gas for itself.

"We are currently pumping approximately 30 mcm of gas daily into our storage facilities, around 14-15 mcm we are getting from Slovakia, and 15 mcm of Ukraine-produced gas is also being pumped into storages," according to Demchyshyn.
