Having come from a corporate background, Terentyev claims that one “can hardly find a sector in economy where competition is as intense as in the retail sector. Even in the European Union, from time to time, almost on a yearly basis, there are cases, where companies having in mind good intentions do something that is interpreted by antimonopoly committees of respective countries as infringement of competition laws,” Ukraine Today reports.

The official also denies any interaction of his office with the Russian colleagues.
