Russia increases gas transit to EU via Ukraine by 48% in August

Compared to July 2015, the transit of Russian gas decreased by 2.3% in August 2015.

According to Ukrtransgaz, a total of 42.3 bcm of gas has been transported through the Ukrainian gas transport system to the European consumers over eight months of this year, which is 9% less than in the same period of last year.
