Defense Ministry spends over UAH 3 bln on arms

“Military representations provide for the effective fulfillment of the state defense order by the Ukrainian enterprises, institutions and organizations, Colonel Viktoria Kushnir,” press secretary of the Defense Ministry said during a briefing on September 4.
