The SBU said that Sodeistvie, in exchange of financing the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), received a permit from leadership of the terrorists' organization to extract coal on the territories that are not controlled by Ukraine.

It is reported that the cashless money received for coal sold, which is placed in bank accounts, is transferred on behalf of "person 2" to the accounts of other business entities, in particular, Trade Systems LLC (Rostov-on-Don, Russia).

Finally, the funds received for coals sold are distributed between military divisions of the DPR and used to buy military equipment, weapons and engineer equipment to carry out terrorist acts against Ukrainian soldiers and Ukrainian authorities.
