Britain's Adam Smith presents concept of customs reform in Ukraine

"I've just met with representatives of British consulting company Adam Smith. The company has presented its concept of participation in reform of the [SFS's] customs division," Nasirov wrote on Facebook.

As UNIAN reported, the SFS has been gathering proposals from Western partners after the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine commissioned the service to transfer four customs offices to management by Western companies.

As part of the SFS's reform, the Cabinet in July decided to transfer customs offices in Zakarpattia, Lviv, Volyn and Chernivtsi regions to management by foreign companies as a pilot project. Among the companies is Britain's Crown Agents.
