State Treasury balance shrinks by UAH 3.5 bln in October

Ukraine's State Treasury funds balance grew fivefold as compared with the same period last year, and by 14.5 times since the year start.

The funds balance in the single treasury account is not a constant value, subject to the increase due to revenues from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets, and decrease during budget spending peaks.
