The tendency of supply exceeding demand for foreign currency in the cash currency market has been observed for the tenth month in a row, according to the regulator's data.
In November, the volume of transactions with cash foreign currency in the interbank foreign exchange market in dollar terms amounted to $196 million, including $133.1 million sold by individuals to the banks, and $62.9 million bought by them.

In 2014, net purchases of foreign currency (excess of purchases over sales) by individuals in Ukraine amounted to $2.410 billion, which was lower by $469.5 million as compared to $2,880 billion in 2013.
