
"As the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has just announced, all legal formalities have been completed, and the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America on aviation services entered into force," Omelian wrote on Facebook.
The official recalled that the Open Skies Agreement was signed July 14, 2015 in Washington, DC, and was ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine November 4.
