Growth in the number of unemployed citizens has been registered in 82 Russian regions between January 20 and January 27, while three regions saw a decline in the unemployment rate, the news agency reported, The Moscow Times wrote.
The regions with the steepest rise in unemployment detected over the past week include, among others, Altai, Tuva, and Bashkortostan.
The Moscow publication also mentions Russian-occupied Crimea on the list of the most affected regions.
