"In general, the military conflict in the east of Ukraine has revealed the productive vulnerability of economic system of this region and the economy as a whole. According to the Ministry of Economic Development, more than 40% of the negative contribution to GDP dynamics is related to the situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the report says.
