The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for February 19:
$100 costs UAH 2,646.2253 (on February 18, it was UAH 2,672.3709);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,933.0761 (on February 18, it was UAH 2,975.9522);
10 RUB costs UAH 3.5069 (on February 18, it was UAH 3.4327).
On Thursday, February 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.20/26.35 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 29.0740/29.2370, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.3460/0.3490.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 26.4623 to the dollar, with 641 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $502.15 million.
