Insolvent Khreschatyk Bank's depositors to get nearly UAH 3 bln in compensation

The Fund will begin repayments no later than on the 20th working day after provisional administration has been introduced at the bank, he said.

In his words, 98.7% of the depositors, or 304,000 people, will receive reimbursements in full.

The Fund has enough funds to handle the repayments, Olenchyk added.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced the provisional administration at the bank after the National Bank of Ukraine designated it as insolvent on April 5.
