IMF says Russia "politically unstable"

The Fund estimated Russia's instability rate at between 60 and 70 points, whereas a state is considered unstable with a minimum of 50 points, according to the report.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has gotten into the same group, along with Belarus, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Turkey.
