Ukraine officially buys coal from occupied Donbas - minister

"Coal from the uncontrolled territories is officially delivered to the controlled territory and provides us with electricity," said Chernysh, the report reads.

"I emphasize that a lot of people are working there, hundreds of thousands of those who are somehow related and pay taxes, and businesses that pay military taxes to Ukraine," said Chernysh.
