"Yuliya Kovaliv has been elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board," the report says.
According to the press service, Paul Warwick became Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board and Head of the Committee on Appointments and Remuneration, Charles Proctor – Head of the Audit Committee, Dr. Marcus Richards – Head of the Ethics Committee.

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board and committees, as well as working meetings of the Supervisory Board are scheduled for May 12-13, 2016.
