"The Ukrainian side has submitted for consideration of Egyptian colleagues a draft of veterinary certificate for chilled and frozen boneless beef," a statement reads.
As UNIAN reported earlier, in August last year Ukrainian farmers received a permission to export chicken meat to Egypt. Export quota was set at 12,000 tonnes. Egypt was the second major destination after China for Ukrainian agricultural producers last year.
