Ukrainian IT-volunteers put $13 mln in terrorists' accounts on deadlock
Over the two years since the foundation of the Ukrainian Cyber Army, a volunteer IT-organization, it has seized about $13 million in 347 accounts of terrorists without the possibility of funds recovery, the organization's founder, Yevhen Dokukin, wrote on Facebook.
