At the same time, Danylyuk said that the Memorandum would not include any major changes, and there were no disagreements in the cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine plans to issue $1 billion worth of eurobonds in August 2016, with the U.S. loan warranty, according to the agency's source in the Ukrainian government. However, the source noted that before the issue of bonds, Ukraine should conclude the negotiations with the IMF on the Second revision of the four-year reform program, adopted in March 2015, as well as launch the system of electronic declaration of property.
