An-178 can be used both for transportation of goods and military equipment, as well troops landing, flying a distance up to 3,000 km.
Azerbaijan has already ordered ten such aircraft from the Ukrainian producer, while Saudi Arabia is mulling the purchase of another 30 planes.
Three An-178’s are expected to be received by the Ukrainian Air Force.
