"The Cabinet of Ministers agreed on the conditions and the selling price of the Myhiyivska and Kostiantynivska hydropower plants on the tender with openness bidding on the auction principle," the report says.
The fund also noted that, according to the terms of the privatization, the investor would have to reactivate the Myhiyivska hydropower plant. Additionally, the customers who purchase the plants will have to save the profile of enterprises and adhere to environmental safety.
