"Today, in the project of the forecast balance of electricity for 2017, which has been developed by the ministry, the share of nuclear generation amounts to 83.3 billion kWh (53% - UNIAN) with a total generation at 157 billion kWh," Buslavets said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on October 19, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated that Ukraine plans to boost generating capacities of its nuclear and hydroelectric power plants.
