Despite the ban, airports across Europe allow landing to aircraft that also fly to the Russian-occupied Crimea, Ukraine Today reports.

The planes that serve regular flights to Simferopil in Russian-occupied Crimea, also conduct transportations to Norway, Italy, German, Denmark, Greece, Austria and other EU countries, according to the investigation published by BS News and Maidan of Foreign Affairs foundation, reads the report by Ukraine Today.

The probe revealed that over 40 Russian air carriers, as well as the Cambodia's Cambodia Angkor Air and Vietnamese Jetstar Pacific have been flying to the peninsula since it was occupied by Russia in 2014.

Despite the international ban imposed on flights to the occupied zone, the Russian violators continue their flights to Simferopil using Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier aircraft.

Earlier, in cooperation with Ukraine Today, the whole list of vessels violating the ban on entering Crimean ports was revealed.
