Lithuania Court rules Gazprom to pay EUR 36 mln fine

Thus, the court upheld the Competition Board’s decision of October 2014, BNS reports.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the regional administrative court of Vilnius upheld a decision of a lower instance court, imposing a EUR 35.7 bln fine on Gazprom for restricting competition in the Lithuanian market.
