Belarus expects to receive $1 bln loan from Russia

"There was an instruction to allocate an additional $1 billion loan on good terms," the deputy prime minister said.

Semashko claimed that the relevant agreement was reached on April 3 during the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko in St. Petersburg.
