Groysman says ProZorro e-procurement system saves huge sums

"At the moment, ProZorro has already allowed saving some UAH 24 billion of budget funds. This is a huge amount of money," he said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the use of ProZorro electronic procurement system has become mandatory for all state-owned companies and government agencies since August 1, 2016, when carrying out procurement of goods for the amount exceeding UAH 200,000 and that of work – over UAH 1.5 million.

The Ukraine-developed ProZorro system earlier received a World Procurement Award in the Public Sector category.
