U.S. State Department to cut threefold financial aid to Ukraine

In the 2016 fiscal year, more than $667 million was allocated for Ukraine.

At the same time, it is proposed to budget over $203 million for the 2018 fiscal year.

As UNIAN reported, Donald Trump administration's budget proposal would convert some of the United States' foreign military grants to Ukraine and other countries into loans.
