Tax overpayments of enterprises in occupied Donbas to be returned under court rulings

The SFS says it concerns only the enterprises whose overpayments are more than three years old.

Corporate profit tax overpayments as of January 1, 2017, had amounted to UAH 18.3 billion, or US$703 million.
